Dr. Travis Carter
Dr. Carter is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is also a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Washington State Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Carter completed residency training at the VA Puget Sound and at Madigan Army Medical Center. He served as Chief Resident in his final year of training. Dr. Carter specializes in the treatment of disease, deformity, and injury of the foot and ankle. He has been providing specialized foot surgery and care in the Tricities since 1999.
Dr. Samantha Price
Dr. Price is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine. She completed a very rigorous 3 year surgical training program at St. Rita's Medical Center in Ohio, where she served as Chief Resident in her 3rd year. Her training included spending two months at the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics. She has worked with nationally renowned doctors in the surgical treatment of leg and foot deformities, including children. She also has very solid training in limb salvage surgery and trauma. She brings to our community a specialized training in Ilizarov External Fixation technique (a powerful tool used to lengthen bones, stabilize fractures, regrow lost bone, and correct deformities).
